TCD Technologies, LLC was founded by Terry Chism and Chris
Delk, both who are software architects/developers with over 25 years combined
experience. While employed by large enterprise companies, both founders began
to realize the shortcomings of their employers. In many cases, contracts were
signed without consulting the software engineers for product feasibility and
delivery schedules. Technology was sold that did not exist and was yet to be
developed. Each company seemed to lose business due to the high development
costs and long development cycles. A lack of communication between development,
management and client always seemed to stand in the way of real progress. In
the end, the product that was usually delivered did not always meet
expectations.
For these reasons, our two founders decided to build a company around
experienced system architects and software developers. Our company looks at
